  • Software Engineer

    Who you are

    As a member of Vetary's engineering team, you’re ecstatic about the massive problems that exist in healthcare. You’ve thought about the current healthcare experience; whether it’s signing up for health insurance, helping a loved one navigate affordability, finding the right doctor, paying for a prescription, or dropping your dog or cat off at the veterinarian. You understand that succeeding in financial services means you’re executing with the utmost efficiency, precision, and thoroughness. You don’t skimp, you’re known for going the extra mile. You enjoy working cross functionally, whether it’s with product, design, customer service, or operations. You enjoy voicing your opinion and thoughts, as well as iterating on new products and design continuously until you get it “just right”. You enjoy when an idea is shared, but love even more when the numbers speak. You push the envelope, sitting outside your comfort zone constantly. You’re leaving the office thinking about the code you just pushed and arriving the next day with thoughts on how to best empower and service each and every customer, doctor, and practice.

    What you'll be doing

    • Technical ownership of select brands and experiences
    • Working alongside and directly with Product Managers, Designers, Operations, Customer Service and Leadership teams.
    • Build out new products from idea through to launch
    • Iterate and improve on existing features - including implementing tools to analyze user behavior and trends.
    • Speak with customers, merchants, and vendors to understand complex problems in order to resolve quickly.

    What you should already have

    • Python/Javascript Experience
    • Extremely comfortable with client-side and server-side development
    • A scrappy team player with an ability to thrive and effectively communicate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
    • A passion for building things fast and thriving in finance focused environment

  • Membership Support

    Who you are

    Vetary is 100% committed to building successful partnerships with doctors across the U.S. From Veterinarian Offices to Audiology Practices, the role of Membership Support is focused on enabling doctors to diagnose and treat patients without the limitation of affordability. As a spokesperson for the Vetary brand, you thrive off of member satisfaction and growth. You enjoy talking to members whether it’s over the phone, in-person, or over live chat. You’ve been recognized for your ability to track and grow relationships, as well as excite and engage your audience. You’re known for being responsive, organized and professional. You are detail oriented and process driven, constantly striving for efficiency in any task that you set out to do. You thrive off of interaction and love being told “no,” because it gives you a challenge to overcome. You’re able to articulate effectively and professionally and always with a smile.

    What you'll be doing

    • You will be the first voice for inbound calls and quickest response to all patient and practice inquiries, with almost unbelievably responsiveness.
    • Managing and building long-term relationships with practices and medical professionals
    • Increasing practice usage, satisfaction, and revenue growth
    • Continuously monitoring patient usage and corresponding customer satisfaction
    • Collaborating cross functionally with design, product management, and executive teams to improve patient and practice experience
    • Serve as the voice of the patient by becoming the #1 customer advocate

    What you should already have

    • High attention to detail
    • Experience working in a very fast-paced environment with strong multitasking abilities
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience in a metrics driven organization
    • Best in class writing, email, phone, and computer skills
    • Willingness to take a chance, make a difference, and be creative
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred; not required
